Mingo to perform at LFMA

LFMA is a gospel-inspired event designed to unearth, develop and showcase creative talent.
It is also a family-oriented event with numerous activities including a theme park, youth and children’s zone, cinema and a mega carnival. It is coordinated by Christ Embassy Ministries.
This comes after the young man made it through the last lap of LFMA auditions last weekend. Mingo made it through all the four auditions of which two were held in Botswana while the last two were held in South Africa.
In an interview with Showbiz, the young artist who has just ventured into gospel music expressed his excitement over his achievement. He said it was God’s will to preach His Word to His people through gospel music.
The It’s All About Jesus singer said having qualified to perform at the internationally renowned gospel festival would give him exposure in the international gospel market. “I always knew that I was going to make it through the last lap of the competition. When I left for the last round of the auditions on Friday, I was confident that I would come back home victorious.
I worked so hard to be where I am today. All those sleepless nights preparing for those auditions have paid off,” he said.
Mingo explained that taking part in this prestigious event would not only give him a chance to perform on the international platform but would also put the country on the map.
He said at the festival artists from all walks of life would meet, mingle and exchange skills.
The evidently proud young man said he was thrilled because he would be able to share the stage with some of the famous international gospel artists. Mingo would perform at LFMA to be held at Nasrec Expo Centre in Johannesburg, South Africa from April 27 to 30, 2017.
