Rollers, Galaxy Dominate Transfer Market

The two giants have shown their early intentions in the transfer market with several big name signings.
Following their raid on city rivals, Gaborone United (GU) for the services of three key players; Tumisang Orebonye, Thatayaone Ditlhokwe and Jackson Lesole, Rollers last week secured another big name player in Mothusi Cooper from extension Gunners. The exciting nippy midfielder has been a revelation for Gunners last season and was voted the man of the match against Rollers in the league encounter last season.
He was linked with a move to South Africa, but the move did not materialise. Rollers last week tabled an offer and the player made his debut on Saturday in the friendly match against Mamelodi Sundowns.
He came in the second half to replace Gape Mohutsiwa. Rollers are also still looking to make more additions to their squad with Zimbabwean player, Gabriel Nyoni currently attending trials with them.
They released two South African players; Mthokozisi Msomi and Tshepo Matete while Lemponye Tshireletso is reported to be trying his luck in South Africa.
Jwaneng Galaxy on the other hand were not to be left behind as they also raided GU for the services of Karabo Phiri and Kutlwelo Mpolokang. They have also reportedly signed Miscellaneous midfielder, Fortune Thulare.
GU have become the biggest losers in the current transfer window having also lost Kabelo Seakanyeng and Thatayaone Kgamanyane who have joined South African side, Chippa United. However, they have signed Lynoth Chikuwa from Security Systems.
Systems have signed Thatayaone Ramatlapeng from Mochudi Centre Chiefs. Ramatlapeng was amongst some key players who remained loyal to Magosi despite the difficult financial situation at the club last season. Former midfielder, Elvis Meleka who was at Gilport Lions is reported to be on his way back to Magosi.
