In Paul’s case, the Industrial Court in Gaborone has ordered that Sharps’ property be sold through public auction in order to offset the P61, 130.76 the club owes its former coach.
Sharps and Paul had reached a settlement agreement at the Labour Court in February this year, but the club subsequently failed to honour their end of the deal.
Paul said he was happy with the outcome.
“All I want is justice for my hard work,” he said.
Sharps public relations officer, Moitshepi Seisa said he did not have much information regarding the court ruling last night.
He said they expect amicable resolution regarding their other issues, with Tsatsilebe expected to return to the club.
Meanwhile, Jwaneng Galaxy is on the hunt for a new coach after deciding against renewing Serbian coach, Zlatko Krmpotic’s contract.
“The team management and the coach could not agree on contractual terms and both parties resolved to close the negotiations amicably, and part ways without offering the coach a new contract,” said Galaxy communications manager, Archibald Ngakayagae.
He assured Galaxy fans that a new technical team would be in charge at the start of the season.
