JICA trains civil servants

Training for the officials will be conducted in Japan from  March 6 to 15, 2017. Most of the participants are from the Directorate of Public Service Management (DPSM) and Botswana Public Service College (BPSC).

After all the participants take lectures focusing on the outline of the public service system of Japan, the group will be divided into two sub-groups for the different themes; the initial entrance assessment for public officials and the remuneration system for public officials.

Officials of National Personnel Authority, which is responsible for Human Resource Management of the Government of Japan, will take charge of the lectures on this training.
