Students' allowance increased

The announcement was posted on the ministry’s Facebook page, ‘Ministry of Tertiary Education, Research, Science and Technology, Botswana’ this afternoon. 

Statement:

“The Ministry of Tertiary Education Research Science and Technology informs the government sponsored students and the public that the tertiary education students allowances have been increased with effect from July 1, 2018. The increment is as follows:

1. Off-campus allowance has increased by P200.00 and the new allowance will be P1620.00 per month.

2. On-campus allowance has increased by P100.00 and the new allowance will be P250 per month.“
