Two-time murder accused makes court appearance

Morekolodi Gothwang, 22, of Mabete ward, in Pitsane has already appeared in court.

In a media release, the Botswana Police Service's  (BPS) deputy public relations officer, Near Bagali revealed that Gothwang has since appeared on August 7, 2018 at Broadhurst Magistrate’s Court and will appear again on the 21st.

Bagali said that the suspect has been remanded in custody pending investigations.  He said at the time of committing the offence, Gothwang was on bail for another pending case of murder that he allegedly committed in Lobatse back in September 2017.
