Motlakase had won the match between the two sides 3-1 on November 19, 2016.

In their argument, TASC said Motlakase used Thabo Wetshoemang, who they contended, was not properly registered.

The First Division North committee however cleared Motlakase of any wrong doing.

First Division North secretary general, Rapula Gaotlhobogwe said the evidence brought forward by Motlakase proved the player was properly registered. He said there were inconsistencies in the evidence brought by TASC.

“According to the evidence in our possession Motlakase has properly registered the player.

The player in question is on loan at Motlakase from Masitaoka and proper registration procedures were followed when Motlakase acquired the player.

“We found some discrepancies in the evidence brought forward by TASC.  The signature in the blue book and the signature in the player’s Omang (identity card) are different and the birth dates in the two are also different, hence the protest was dismissed.

We have given TASC 14 days from the day of passing the judgement (February 16, 2017) to appeal,” Gaotlhobogwe said.
