The case will be heard before Judge Modiri Letsididi where Khama, through his attorney, is expected to argue his displeasure against the party for allowing Dijeng to stand for primary elections against him.
Khama, who is also the Environment, Natural Resources Conservation and Tourism minister, reportedly wanted Dijeng barred for allegedly breaking the rules of the primary elections.
The BDP’s central committee however, overruled Khama, which then saw the minister approaching the courts.
