Late Goal Stuns Rollers In CAF Tie

Rollers travelled to Uganda without head coach, Nikola Kavazovic who is said to be attending some personal matter back at his home country.

They were also without defender, Kaone Van Der Westhuizen as well as Mwampule Masule and Ofentse Nato due to injuries and lack of match fitness.

For most part of the game, Rollers looked the better side and created chances but their decision making upfront let them down.

The result almost certainly means Rollers will finish the campaign at the bottom of their group, which also has Egyptian giants, Al Ahly and Tunisian champions, Esperance. Al Ahly and Esperance both have 10 points and guaranteed of the semi-final spots.  Before the weekend results, Esperance were top of the group with 10 points but went down to Al Ahly on Saturday night.

KCCA are currently third with six points while Rollers have three. Rollers will wrap up their campaign against Esperance looking for their second win in the group stages while KCCA take on Al Ahly.
