Galaxy who finished as runners-up last season, thrashed hapless Security Systems 5-0 to register their second straight victory this season.

They kicked off their season with another 5-0 win over Premier League returnees, Prisons XI a fortnight ago.

With defending champions, Township Rollers on a break, awaiting Esperance in the CAF Champions League, Galaxy ensured they wasted no time, dismantling Systems who are still trying to find their feet after registering several new players. They have now scored a whooping 10 goals in two games without conceding a single goal. They are now sitting at the top with six points followed by Sharps Shooting Stars who have started their season on a high.  Sharps on Saturday were in a mean mood and dismantled Mochudi Centre Chiefs 3-0 to maintain their 100% record this season.

They are currently sitting at position two with six points with a goal difference of five. Extension Gunners, despite losing some of their best players last seasons, amongst them Mothusi Cooper, have done relatively well thus far.

They have collected four points from two games. In the first match, they scored a last minute equaliser to force a 3-3 draw against Chiefs.

On Saturday Gunners, beat BR Highlanders 2-1 to move to position three on the log standings.

They have collected the same number of points as Miscellaneous, Orapa United and Police XI who are currently sitting at positions four, five and six.

BR Highlanders, Prisons XI, Black Forest and Security Systems are yet to taste a victory this season.

Meanwhile, Tunisian giants, Esperance arrived in Gaborone yesterday for their CAF Champions League match against Rollers.

The two sides lock horns tomorrow at the National Stadium with Rollers already out of the competition having only collected three points in their group.

Esperance on the other hand will be looking to finish the group stages on a high note and win the group.

They have so far collected the same number of points as Egyptian giants, Al Ahly who are taking on Ugandan side, KCCA.
