At the PMR Africa Excellence Awards ceremony held in Gaborone recently, Security Systems scooped the Diamond Arrow Award.

It is not the first time that Security Systems has received PMR awards, after it received the Diamond Arrow Award under the leaders and achievers category last year.

According to the company’s customer relations manager, Bai Moshaga PMR Africa recognised Security Systems for been a company doing most to fight crime in Botswana, hence its outstanding results and becoming 1st overall this year. She said for more than five years, her company has been recognised by PMR through different categories. 

“PMR Africa is a marketing research company and through its country survey, it targeted various companies performing well in the respective categories,” Moshaga said.

She further said the recent award comes at the time the company is reviewing its strategic plan, and it has motivated both the management and staff to perform far better this year.

Sharing the reasons behind their success, Moshaga said it is all about professionally personalising customer relations principles. “Security Systems is a big and wonderful family and our approach to our clients continues to be applauded by many hence PMR Africa recognising us as well,” Moshaga shared, saying awards were a result of a survey done in conjunction with service excellence.

To determine the award winners, PMR Africa interviews a significant number of professionals in Botswana in the category of security services providers.

For his part, Security Systems sales and marketing manager Mike Nkgetse said it is through hard work that they have been recognised. He said through positive feedback from clients during expos and other national events, they are able to track their gaps and achievements.

The PMR Africa Awards are a recognised and valuable indicator of a company’s technical expertise, brand awareness and their ability to serve in the best interest of their clients, the company statement reveals.
