Police investigate latest Old Naledi murder

Naledi Police Station Commander, superintendent Oagile Bolane told Mmegi the deceased met his fate yesterday when trying to end a fight between a man and a woman at around 4pm at Zero location in Old Naledi. 

He said the matter was reported to the police who rushed to the scene and took the deceased to Princess Marina Hospital where upon arrival was certified dead by the doctors. 

“The 26-year-old suspect charged with murder is currently in custody helping the police with investigations. The names of the deceased will be withheld until his family members have been notified,” Bolane said.
