Their services includes, servicing Access Control, provide roaming guards, alarm response and monitoring, retail guarding or venue security, security technology, car park guarding, body guards, bouncers services and investigations services.

“Our ethic is to ensure that your peace of mind is at the highest possible level by providing quality security services. To achieve this, we carefully select our staff to suit the company culture and ethics of putting our client’s security first. We give superior training and foster teamwork and unity,” he said.

He said that to encourage staff loyalty, they chose to give preference to selecting staff from the local communities who are cleared of criminal  records.

“Staff initiatives, team building meetings are held to encourage staff to put forward ideas and suggestions to improve the overall performance and effectiveness of the staff and company.”

Mogapaesi said that their future initiatives would include skills development and incentive programmes to allow for staff to find their niche within the company.

“Long term, we envisage that our company should institutionalise the security profession,” he said.
