Jehovah's Witnesses Regional Convention Starts On Friday

Sessions for the three days will begin at 9:20 a.m. An estimated 4,000 delegates are expected to be in attendance.

The theme for this year’s convention is ‘Be Courageous!’ and it will feature 54 presentations that will include talks, audio dramas, interviews, and short videos.

On Sunday morning, those in attendance will be treated to a special Bible discourse entitled, “The Resurrection Hope Imparts Courage-How?” 

In addition, a feature film on why Jonah feared his assignment and ran away titled “The Story of Jonah-A Lesson in Courage and Mercy” on the final day of the convention.“When we look at the news today, you can clearly see that people of all ages are dealing with more anxieties and fears than ever before.

It takes courage to face these pressures,”  a statement from Jehovah’s Witnesses states. “We welcome everyone to this year’s convention to benefit from the practical advice that’s contained in the Bible.”
