The 24-year-old self-styled entrepreneur, empowerment expert and a wizkid to boot, who has been listed as one of Botswana’s Top 20 Under 30 Inspirational Youth, is well-known for motivating other youngsters with his famous quote: “Don’t die with your dream, launch it”.
“My main interest is in entrepreneurship and I am currently working on creating over 600 jobs in Botswana and in Africa through the Launchit Project,” he said.
The Launchit Project is an eight-phase programme with elimination stages and loaded with seminars, trainings, pitches, benchmarking opportunities, market validation, one-on-one consultation, business registration, funding and many more.
Khutsafalo said he has over five years of experience working directly with communities and young people focusing on entrepreneurship, innovation and education development and empowerment of youth in Botswana.
With his work experience, he said it has been an effective journey for him in coaching projects, which turned out to be successful.
According to him, creativity and innovation are his strengths, which he capitalises on to create new solutions for existing local, regional, national and global challenges.
“My main goal of life is to live a fulfilled life of inspiring young people to be agents of change; to create better world for everyone,” Khutsafalo said. He also indicated that he is willing to work with different organisations and youth groups to share his expertise in helping people to discover their potential ana also help them create and pursue globally competitive business ventures and solutions.
Apart from being the managing director of Launchit Coaching, Khutsafalo is also the founder and president of All Brilliant Minds Organisation (ALBRIMO).
