No arrests in Molepolole mob justice killing

The Officer Commanding, senior superintendent Modise Gabatshwane said investigations into the matter are still ongoing to establish the killer(s). 

He said the incident occurred at night making the situation a bit complex, especially that when the police arrived at the scene they found the people alleged to have assaulted him to have already departed. 

“Our investigations into the matter are, however, still ongoing to establish what really transpired on the fateful night. 

Our hope is on the people who were present and witnessed the incident that fateful night hence pleading with anyone with information that could lead to the culprits’ arrest to contact the police ” Gabatshwane said. 

Kotlhao was caught in the act in one of the residents’ houses allegedly stealing goods amounting to P2,000.
