The energetic young rapper thrilled the attendants with her smoking hot dance moves and sweet melodic voice. Angie took the crowd by storm when she and her dance crew were demonstrating the most urban trending dance moves on the stage.

The 11-year-old upcoming rapper told Showbiz that No More Talk speaks about her life experiences and she wants to put to an end all the rumours circulating.

Angie said that No More Talk is self-explanatory and she wants people to stop questioning her but to hear it from the horse’s mouth.

She disclosed that she wrote her own lyrics motivated by her personality.  The single was produced by Deril Music. Angie said that an American rapper, singer, and songwriter Onika Tanya Maraj popularly known as Nicki Minaj inspires her.

The energetic singer and rapper said that she started singing at eight. She revealed that she started off by lipsyncing while watching Channel O and Trace Urban music videos. She said that her biggest challenge is that everyone in the music industry wants to take advantage of her because of her age.

Angie is currently doing Standard Six at Letlhabile Primary School in Gaborone. She said that apart from music she is a sporty person who is active in netball and chess.

Angie’s father and manager, Mooketsi Tshenyego said that he is happy about his daughter’s achievements.

He added that he still wants his daughter to pursue her studies for her dreams to be turned into reality. “I want Angie to familiarise herself with her personal strengths as far as education is concerned before focusing on music.  I also want her to build her career at a younger age,” he said.

Tsheyego said that Angie’s is allowed to perform during much-relaxed occasions such as beauty pageants, corporate functions and others.

He added that Angie is only allowed to perform during school vacations so that her music does not tamper with her school calendar.
