Bhekizwe Nkomazana (35) also known as Khaya Bheki Mazibuku, now faces additional charges of entering Botswana through ungazetted point of entry, forging a Title Deed in the names of Tebogo Edwin Koketso for a farm in Oodi which was owned by Tlhapane as well as bribing Daniel Gasefiwe, a Registration and Licensing Officer for P3,500 to unlawfully issue him a Botswana driving license.

Gasefiwe was charged for issuing the same unlawfully while Murima was also slapped with a charge for obtaining a Botswana drivers license claiming that he previously possessed a Zambian one.

Two other employees from the National Registration Office, Keothupile Keothupile and Levy Mosweu as well as unemployed Pula Joseph were also introduced in the charge sheet as accomplices of Seoke in assisting Nkomazana and Murima acquire a Botswana birth certificate at a bribery fee of P12,000.

Nkomazana has been charged alongside his girlfriend Sharon Lompehu, Onthusitse Seoke (a National Registration Officer) and Jerico Murima (a carpenter). They were initially charged with obtaining a Botswana birth certificate, Omang and passport corruptly. Magistrate Ntombizodwa Ncube granted the new accused persons bail. Nkomazana, who is the only one behind bars, will appear in court on December 30 while the rest will come back on January 23.
