BDF Commander to be arrested

Segokgo was found to be in contempt after failing to reinstate the BDF “love birds” (Thabang Tlhapisang and Kozondu Cisquo Uariaua) as per the Court’s decision of November 18, 2016.

“The said Lieutenant General Placid Segokgo is to be detained with immediate effect for a period of 30 days,” reads the order.

The order comes after the “Love Birds’ lawyer Duma Boko filed an urgent application for contempt of court late yesterday.
