The tournament runs from December 2 to December 15, 2018 in Zambia.
It has been a bad year for the national football sides with Zebras crashing out of the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers with a single point from five games.
They scored only two goals in the campaign. Following their bad performance, the country pinned its hopes on the national Under-23 side when they started the qualifiers for the 2019 Under-23 AFCON.
However despite boasting some of the BTC Premiership stars, the team dubbed the Dream Team failed to live up to their hype. The national Under-20 side are now the last hope to wrap the year on a high note.
The team reported for camp on Thursday and travelled to Zambia on Saturday to play some friendly matches in preparation for the Under-20 COSAFA tournament. Coach, Rapelang Tsatsilebe has called 20 players for the trip to Zambia.
