FNB responds to The Monitor article

The disabled Mokgadi, who also cannot talk, was attacked by a stroke when she was three-years-old and since then has been struggling without a wheelchair.  The parents bemoaned how they were struggling to take care of her.

Handing over the wheelchair and the grocery that included toiletry that will last the family for months, Boyboy Mogopodi, leading FNBB risk department employees from FNBB headquarters in Central Business District (CBD) said following one of the bank values ‘Be helpful’ they decided to raise funds and donate to disabled Mokgadi.

“The Monitor article touched us and we imagined the struggle that Mokgadi was going through together with her parents and we all agreed with one voice to raise funds and donate to Mokgadi. Today we have brought her a wheelchair and grocery, but this is not the end because we are planning to do something bigger than this which we will announce in the near future,” Mogopodi said.
