The event coordinator, Petleke Letlole said Franco will treat his fans with live music. Letlole said the reason they chose the Ke Lela Le Lona singer to headline their event was because he was arguably the king of kwasakwasa in Botswana.

He added that Franco is currently a crowd puller and favorite in Kweneng east. Franco's performance will start late at night after the day activities and performance. He will be the only artist performing on the night accompanied by Botswana's top 10 DJs. He will be playing alongside some of the country's renowned DJs such as DJ Gouveia, Darkboy Masey, DJ KSB, DJ Picasso and others.

Letlole added that the objective of the event was to bring people together under one roof where everyone could enjoy the braai and music. He said the event that will be set in a picnic style would start at 10am and ends at 6am the following day. He urged people to bring their families, friends and relatives. He said cooler boxes will be allowed free entry until 8pm where they would later be charged P50 admission fee.

'There will be games such as snooker, football and PS4. We will also be having cultural games such as koi, mhele and others so that both adults and children can have a quality time together. Children will be having a kids corner where there will be a swimming pool and jumping castle for them,' he said.

He said the main purpose of the event was to create awareness on the importance of farming in Kweneng. He said they had collaborated with Kweneng Beef Farmers Association that has donated the meats that would be eaten on the day. Lelole added that they wanted to create awareness hype on meats and beef business in Kweneng where Bakwena will have a chance to appreciate their meats more especially because their village was considered one of the most promising beef farming areas in the country.

Letlole added that the event was going to promote agri-tourism where they expected people from nearby villages to partake and learn about the arable farming in his district.  He said there would also be food stalls where Bakwena youth in catering business would be showcasing and selling their foods.

'I encourage people near the venue in villages such as Kopong, Gabane, Mmatseta, Molepolole, Gakuto and others to join us at the event. I also encourage them to bring their drinks.  Tickets are sold at Choppies @tickets outlets. General tickets are sold at P100 and VIP is P200. It includes two braai packs each person. Children below 12 years will be allowed free entry whilst those aging between 12 and 18 will pay half price.
