It was postponed to 09:30 hours yesterday after Mothobi ordered that the Attorney General's application to be admitted as an 'amicus curiae' or “friend of the court” succeeded with costs against Jacobs.

The Judge said his ruling of the Attorney General's application will be incorporated into the main judgment. Yesterday's arguments were characterised by incoherent submissions by both the state council Otlaadisa Kwape and Jacobs' attorney Kagisano Tamucha.

Today the BDP lawyers Bogopa Manewe Tobedza and Company are expected to argue their preliminary points and judgment is expected first week of January.
