Special constable up for house breaking, theft

In the first count, the state alleges that Neo Pearl David, 30, broke into a house on December 23 last year in Block 3, Francistown. 

In the second count, the state alleges that after she broke into the house David then proceeded to steal a television set. 

Prosecutor Neo Moruti told the court that investigations into the matter are complete.  Baruti also told the court that she did not have a problem with the court altering David’s bail conditions because she has been religiously abiding by the rules.

Magistrate Kaveri Kapeko postponed the matter to January 21, 2019 for case management conference.  Kapeko also told the accused to attend court whenever required to do so and stop reporting at Kutlwano Police Station while on suspension.
