Caruso says he doesn’t want people to struggle like he did. “Over the years I have faced challenges, so I had to come up with an idea that can help people like me and open doors for them,” he explained the decision to set up the agency.

He said the movement is for young passionate people (artists) who want to make great impact in Botswana’s music industry. Caruso added that the reason why sometimes music promoters are criticised is because they don’t know the business side of this industry.

“We basically believe in work effort, giving platform to people by creating maximum quality results out of all products. We mentor artists as well as promo kings & queens for quality service.  We also do CD and merchandise distribution for artists,” he highlighted. Looking back, Caruso was quick to indicate that music has always been in his roots. He said after so much passion and dedication to music, he ventured into artist management and ended up being part of ATI’s management team. The budding promoter said since then he has been promoting many music shows like One Night With Motlha and GIMC.  “We find gigs for you, you use our resources so basically we give you hope,” he said, adding that he wants others to shine as well.

Caruso also said his movement will fix so many nagging issues between artists and promoters. Their past work include organising Spring at the Camp fest Headlined by Element and JIKA boys, DJ izzy Ten up, Togetherness Celebration headlined by Distruction Boys, Rasesa Social Picnic 3.0 & and ATI Envelope Album Corporate launch

He added that they have organised the ICE COLD TOUR, GIMC 2018, Palapye Independence Shesanyama Spin fest 2018 headlined by Master KG, Glow in the dark by BIKI Headlined by Mlindo The Vocalist 2018, Tlatsa Lebala 2018, 4th Street picnic Headlined by Dj Ace X Sun El Musician and Caribbean New Year experience Headlined by Thando Thabethe.
