Police appeal for public assistance

The deceased, who is suspected to be in his 50s, is currently at Babereki mortuary in Gaborone.  He was certified dead by doctors upon arrival at Princess Marina Hospital 

“He did not have any identification in his possession.  We do not know if he is a Motswana or not.  The deceased is coffee in complexion and is about 1.68 metres tall.  He was wearing black jeans and a cream white shirt.  He appears to be aged between 50-55 years,” Borakanelo station commander, superintendent Amos Solomon told Mmegi Online. 

Solomon said the deceased met his fate when trying to cross the Old Lobatse road from Old Naledi towards New Naledi.  He pleaded with members of the public to contact Borakanelo police to identify the deceased.
