This comes after the committal of their case to the High Court was postponed for the second time yesterday at the Broadhurst Magistrate’s Court.

Back in September 2015 at Oodi village, Legwale allegedly hired Nkhuha and another one, who is still on the run, to kill his then wife Dimpho Meswele. But the hitmen mistakenly killed her sister Thato Meswele.

Last week Tuesday when prosecution was ready to commit the case to the higher court, Legwale’s lawyer handed over his client’s sick leave resulting in the committal of the case being postponed to yesterday.

By yesterday when the duo appeared for committal, Nkhuha told Magistrate Linah Oahile-Mokibe that there is no how his case could be committed to the High Court as prosecution did not serve him with consent letter to prosecute him from the Attorney General.

Nkhuha conceded to have been served with other documents, but not consent to prosecute him. However, prosecution was adamant to have served him all documents hence accusing the duo of delaying tactics.

The case was postponed to next Monday and prosecution was ordered to serve him with consent to prosecute.
