The pair was released on P500 bail. Appearing before court yesterday, on criminal charges for failing to pay wages, the duo was ordered to pay their dues.

“We appeared before the court today and the club has been ordered to pay him (Paul). He (Paul) has reported the case as a criminal matter but we also learnt that it has been reported as a civil matter before,” prosecuting officer Mpho Moloi told Mmegi Sport yesterday.

There is a settlement agreement with Paul with a court order and the club has been dragging its feet to fulfil the court order.

There is also a settlement of P150,000 with the late Calvin Peterson, court order P60,000 for Raphael Nthwane. Moemedi Moatlhaping, Monageng Thaele, and Donald Mopako against the team.

There is also a case of unfair dismissal of Paul before the Industrial Court where a date has yet to be determined.

Paul would be paid P51,000 of the agreed P60,000 after the club made P9,000 payment, with the last payment back in February. After the club failed to pay him, that is when he returned to court.

Paul also has a case of unfair dismissal against the Botswana Football Association where he was engaged as Zebras assistant coach.
