It was her first public appearance since  she lost five band members in a road mishap after a show in Gantsi on July 16.

Almost four months later Charma Gal unveiled a new set of dancers and singers that include Michelle Segau, from Ramotswa, Ogaufi Molefhi, from Mabalane, Tshegofatso Lemogang from Tonota, and two male dancers, Tefo Nthomphe and Tapologo Matsipane, both from Hukuntsi.

Charma Gal and her band started their  come back show  with a tribute to the departed band members that included  33-year-old Molepolole  dancer, Kgakgamatso Konti, popularly kinown as Mastokana.

The tragic accident also took away back up singer Mercy Mafoko of Mankgodi,  as well as Onalenna Lembebe Thebeitsile, a dancer who hailed from Francistown. The other member Phemelo Kanjuju  Jakobisi, a guitarist, hailed from Hukuntsi, while  Caprio Dipoko, a DRC rapper, was laid to rest in Mogoditshane.

The new set of performers  announced themselves with scintillating moves, as Charma Gal delivered  popular hits  from Chika dance to Hard Rock as she congested her six years of afro-pop into three hours.

Charma Gal also treated her audience to a couple  of new tunes that she has been brewing.

Charma Gal’s  come back performance also  coincides with her celebrating a new  child, a baby boy who is turning three months.

However her physical frame  also showed someone who had been working on her body to ensure that  the effects of child bearing do not  affect the  Charma Gal looks that her fans have become accustomed to.
