Dear Sadie Boutique hosts Bachelors Cocktail and Lingerie Expo

The boutique that is situated at Molapo Crossing mall sells beautiful and sexy underwear, sleepwear, swimwear and other items of intimate apparel worn by women.

Most of these glamorous pieces have gained popularity amongst they young and old people who have a good taste of underwear.

During an interview with Showbiz, the event organiser, Tlotlo Letsomo from 6Pac Promotions, said the event targets men and women 21-years-old and above.

“Guests are to expect something close to Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. The boutique has elegant pieces for any occasion, bikinis for vacations or special events, gowns and lingerie for role play, jump suits and dresses for glamorous events.

It won’t be like other fashion shows or expos; the Cocktail and Lingerie Expo will be much more interactive, were guests will enjoy shots and platters from the torsos of posing models, whilst the lady guests are allowed to feel the material of the clothing,” he said. According to the owner of the boutique Sadie Dick, she will be using curvaceous models to promote African figure. She said Africans have been brainwashed by the western perception that only petite girls are beautiful when the reality was that African women are beautiful with their curvaceous bodies.

“The lingerie market for curvaceous and busty women is a niche because I feel as African women the European and Western marketing has changed our perception of thinking that their sexy is our sexy.

That is why most of my products are a way of boosting the curvaceous woman’s self-esteem,” she said.

Meanwhile, the event is also aimed at celebrating musician Girly O’ Dibody hit maker of Di body single as the brand ambassador and image of the boutique.

“Girly is our most current client at 6PAC Promotions whilst Sadie, owner of Dear Sadie Intimates and lingerie boutique is also one of our clients whom we have assisted with marketing strategies in the past.

So we decided to merge both our clients’ mutual interests and came up with an Expo showcasing Sadie’s pieces and Girly as the image of the boutique’s brand,” said Letsomo,

Entrance fee would be P150. This includes platters and shots.
