The Gabz Mega Party will be an event where fashion and music will be incorporated giving the revelers more especially fashionistas an opportunity to showcase their different and unique fashion tastes.
In an interview with Showbiz, the event organiser David Letshwiti said they realised that even though there have been many musical events, the fashion part had been neglected and thus making the revelers not to take note of how they dress at such festivities. He added that people tend to wear anyhow they see fit when attending such festivities ignoring to unleash their fashion creativity.
“This event is basically about fashion. We want to promote fashion because fashion on its own shows a person’s attitude and character. The way you style your hair and the kind of clothes you wear characterise you. It is your individual identity and says a lot about you. Gabz Mega Party will give fashion moguls an opportunity to be recognised,” he said.
That will not be all, as the audience will be spoiled with endless music entertainment from both the local and international musicians and DJs. International artists who will be gracing the event are Musa, Robbie Malinga of Mthande, DJ Bongz of Gwaragwara and Chester from Namibia. The local line up boasts of artists such as Ban T, the new soul music kid Antonelle, Tman, Archduke, Zoo, Anthem, German Dollar, Jazzman, Flexy, Phouboy, DJ Ksb, Teaz, Storm, Kabelo Tiro famed as Scavenger and many more.
The Masters of Ceremonies will be fashion gurus, Teshwan Miller and Neelo who are expected to thrill the audience with their breath taking fashionable attires.
In this event where swagalicous people are expected to come in large numbers, they will be allowed to bring their camp chairs and cooler boxes so that they can fully enjoy that outdoor festival.
