It has been two weeks since the new office started operating and so far, at the official opening of the new office at the Sir Seretse Khama International Airport last week, Frazer said that they have been receiving positive feedback.

In fact, it is feedback from the company’s clientele that led to the decision to relocate the office.

Frazer said clients feel the new office is more convenient and saves them time.  He added that the space of the new office has expedited the effectiveness and efficiency of their services to the clients.

“The office was miles away and it was stressful for our customers to locate,” Frazer said.

The new sales office is situated in the main terminal building on the ground floor, adjacent to the check-in counters area where most people pass by.  The old office was on the first floor. Meanwhile, Frazer said in a press release that the Air Botswana marketing department is part of the airline’s efforts to better serve their customers. “The challenge with the old office was that it was almost hidden from public view and people often got lost trying to find it.  This new office is in full view of everyone coming into the airport terminal building and so from an accessibility point of view, it is very convenient” Frazer said.

He added that the new office has been “brighten up and been given a fresh new look” to make it more attractive to their clients.  The Air Botswana marketing department offers clients services to be able to purchase air tickets (Air Botswana and international ticket sales), register for Teemane Club (Frequent Flyer programme) at the new office as well as get information on general travel enquiries.
