Rollers Unveil Six Sponsors

Although details of how much each sponsor would pop out, it was revealed that the total from the sponsorships amounts to P2.5 million for the coming season.

Stanbic Bank replaced Capital Bank as the main sponsor for the club and will occupy the prime space in the club merchandise.

Rollers also unveiled Builders Mart, Liberty Life Botswana, JB Sports, Cresta Hotels and Shield as the club sponsors.

Liberty Life and Cresta Hotels have however been partnering with Rollers in the past season.

 It was announced that JB Sports will now exclusively sell the club merchandise in their 27 stores around the country.

At the ceremony, the club celebrated winning both the men and women’s league in the past season. The men’s team were crowned champions after beating rivals, Mochudi Centre Chiefs 5-1 in a play-off while women’s team defeated Double Action in another play-off. The club also paraded their squads for the upcoming season including new signings.

They have signed amongst others, Lemponye Tshireletso, Mosha Gaolaolwe, Pape Ndaw, Gape Mohutsiwa, Ocean Lottering and Ntesang Simanyana.

The ceremony also saw Dickson Gabanakgosi passing the baton to Jagdish Shah as the club president. Speaking at the ebent, Shah said he was happy to have been given the position.

He said he now feels part of the family since he is now in the structure of the club.
