According to the government spokesperson Andrew Sesinyi, Tshoagong, who was born in 1934, was a long serving civil servant and a former secretary of kgosi Tshekedi Khama at Pilikwe.

Last weekend various speakers at a meeting addressed by the former president Ian Khama in the village, bitterly condemned president Masisi.

This was after his predecessor complained about the treatment he is receiving from Office of the President.
