This self service allows customers to access Mascom products and services whenever, wherever with the aim to improve customer experience and promote online channels.  The Service is available at no charge to Mascom Subscribers.

This service allows customers to enjoy a catalogue of TV Shows, Movies, Kids Programs, Music, inspirational and educational content and a lot more at the convenience of their homes. MyPlay DEOD offers a variety of subscription options in the form of 1Day, 7 Days and 30 Day subscriptions which can be enjoyed on mobile phones, tablets, laptops or smart TV’s. 

 

MyCombo

This Service offers Mascom Subscribers a single prepaid bundle that combines local calling minutes, local SMS and All Access internet Data. The MyCombo bundles are available in 1 day and 7 day subscription offers priced from as little as P5

 

MyZim

Mascom has worked on a product that is tailor made to address the needs of our Zimbabwean clients who reside in Botswana. The MyZim Bundle comprises of calling minutes to Zimbabwe destinations, SMS to Zimbabwe destinations and All Access Internet Data. The service is available in the form of a 1 day, 7 day, 14 day and 30 day subscription.
