As the winter days get colder and shorter, many prefer to be in the comfort of their own homes and not patronising events.

The Meating will be a home-away-from-home event where comfort will be the order of the day.  

Though not new, The Meating has joined  many that dare patrons to come out and play on cold Sundays.

Other well known Sunday events in Gaborne are Chillstep, Jam for Brunch Ultimate Sunday Chillas.

The Meating has been making its mark in the entertainment industry since eight months ago.

The Meating team has revealed that their event is different because it is lifestyle oriented.

They highlighted that it encompasses food, music, stalls beautiful outfits and photography all in one. 

In the past, celebs such as Mogakolodi Tsotso Ngele, Ban T just to mention but a few have graced the event.

There are limited tickets so The Meating team has decided to make it exclusive to the target market. 

Their partners include Bolux Group, Naledi Motors (Mercedes Benz) and Nutickets Botswana.

Other event partners are Lengau Wines, Just Ginger, Smetchar Chilli with Tswana Gas bringing in some warmth on the wintry day from 11am to 10pm.

For drinks Tanqueray Gin will exclusively provide at the event. Clark & Sons mixers are the selection to go with the gin . 

The Meating is expected to be bigger and better with the Tanqueray VIP trailer for attendees who purchase VIP tickets on their online ticketing platform ahead of time. 

One VIP ticket goes for P800, which will admit two people.

The VIP ticket will include a bottle of Tanqueray, six Clark & Sons mixers and food. The tickets are limited and strictly sold online.

The standard ticket will go for P70 and is available at participating Liquorama Stores in Kgale, Molapo Crossing, BBS and Riverwalk.
