Hot on the heels of the Urban Amarula and illy Coffee Experience, the hotel continues to curate experiential activations that cater to their various stakeholders’ pallets.
Masa Square Hotel general manager, Hayden Bowlhe told Arts & Culture that the appetite for whisky continues to soar worldwide. “So as a hotel that constantly wants to stay ahead and cater to our diverse clientele, we decided to host a premier tasting event that takes whisky lovers’ appreciation for the whiskies of the world to the next level.”
Bowlhe said the William Grants & Sons catalogue of whiskies is one they were proud to host.
“They have developed with great care a creation of their collection of which we were excited to help share knowledge of with all who attended the event.”
The hotel once again partnered with several local companies to ensure another one-of-a-kind lifestyle adventure. These partners included Parmalat Botswana the makers of delectable cheese, local chocolatiers Kalahari Chocolates and Princeton Cigars who featured a great selection of Cuban and non-Cuban cigars.
Speaking of their participation in the event, Lengau Wine Company events manager, Ivy Usada said their Company was thrilled to have the opportunity to give the public a memorable session.
“We managed to close the gap in the market that aims to build and grow the exceptional whisky culture in our society. For this reason, we were able to showcase all our brands at one event.”
The William Grants & Sons brand is an independent, family-owned business that prides itself in owning some of the best quality Scotch whiskies, including popular single malt whisky, Glenfiddich.
Amidst a 007 themed setting, guests were presented with a collection of quality, award-winning whiskies from the family distillery while enjoying the infectious sounds of DJ Kellz.
