FNBB Industrial Branch renovations enhance customers� experience

To this effect, the Bank has been underway with large scale renovations of its Industrial Branch, to equip the Branch with state-of-the-art features that will provide customers with a more seamless banking experience.

The Branch re-opened its doors on Monday July 25, 2016, bringing with it a greater offer in Retail, Business and Relationship services to customers. 

“We are excited to have concluded another successful renovation. This comes off the back of a nationwide exercise to upgrade our branch facilities in order to enhance our digital and relationship solutions to meet our customers’ fast-paced needs, saving them time and money.

Branches continue to be an extremely important delivery channel for our services. The renovated Industrial Branch offers customers different service zones with highly specialised FNBB staff members manning each zone.

Since opening its doors in 1993, the Branch has evidently become a piece of Gaborone’s architectural history. The refurbished branch includes a number of enhanced service features such as:

 

* Digital Zone: a self service area with an online banking kiosk for customers to check their account details and print account statements.

* 24 hour Self Service Zone: a space with three ATMs with Deposits and one ATM. These ATMs with Deposits, a proud First from FNB in Botswana, enable customers to deposit cash, check statements and balances, transfer money and send and/or receive eWallet transactions.

The ATMs also enable customers to perform other card-less transactions including purchasing prepaid airtime and electricity, change of PIN, increase/decrease of daily withdrawal limits.

* Dedicated Relationship Zone for Premium Clients (Private and Premier Clients) to seek assistance with account openings, advisory services and transactional banking.

* Business Banking Suite to assist clients in meeting important needs that require a swift turnaround time, that including account openings and advisory services.

* WesBank Services that offer vehicle and assets financing including for aircrafts, passenger and commercial vehicles, plant and machinery, agriculture equipment, boats, motorbikes and earthmoving equipment.

“The refurbished branch demarcated service zones offer customers a one-stop shop guided by our desire to help customers with whatever they wish to do as quickly as possible.
