Moalosi loses Facebook hacking case

The alleged conversation between the assistant minister of Education and Skills Development, Fidelis Molao and the Sebina councillor Kemmonye Amon, was about the latter who admitted to impregnating a school girl.

Moalosi is a suspect in the alleged fake conversation and has already appeared in court in connection with the matter.

Justice  Barnabas Nyamadzabo ruled in favour of the police saying that the officers had every right to seize the laptop. 

Nyamadzabo believes that the police were only doing so as part of their investigation.

Meanwhile, Mmegi has learnt that the police have registered a case of money laundering against Moalosi after finding out that between March 2015 and June 2016 a total of $369,000 (approximately P3.8 million) had been deposited into Moalosi’s account from a company in the United States of America.
