BNSC, Scania in legal tussle over 'faulty' P3m bus

The source added that the bus had body defects hence the decision to return it. BNSC chief executive officer, Falcon Sedimo said there are parties who have been engaged to deal with the matter and it is currently not for public discussion.
The Minister of Youth Empowerment, Sport and Culture Development, Tshekedi Khama told Mmegi Sport that the matter would be discussed by the relevant authorities. He said they do not want any of the parties to find an excuse not to deliver.
