Tau Ya Motswaki releases a new single

The song was released on July 4 and it is now available for free download on social media. The track was recorded at Domistik Entertainment in Mochudi and was produced by Diverse (Leatile Manuel).
In an interview with Showbiz, the aspiring star said the single was inspired by love.
“When I make a song I pay much attention to the storyline and in this case I wanted to emphasise that age is just a number when it comes to love,” he said.
He said he wrote the lyrics from everyday observation.
Tau Ya Motswaki said the lyrics are dedicated to an older lady whom he is in love with. He said it took three weeks to finalise the song.
Tau Ya Motswaki was quick to indicate that Age Is Just A Number is a single from his upcoming album called Botshelo Jwame, which is scheduled to be released at end of this year.
He said he has not performed the new single yet, but he has shows scheduled for next month.
Looking back, Tau Ya Motswaki said he started music at the age of 17 when he was still at high school.
The now second year Multimedia student at Limkokwing University said the name Tau Ya Motswaki was birthed at high school because of his ability to come up with dope rhymes.
“After losing my mother I then developed an ability to tell stories lyrically,” he said.
He added that he hopes the single will open doors for him in the music industry and finally earn him a place at the top table.
He said his upcoming album, Botshelo Jwame, will feature artists like HT Tautona and Spiza Valentino.
