Nata group capitalise on Makgadikgadi Epic

The trio performed a motswako song entitled Makgadikgadi Epic to the delight of the Epic fans. While everyone was already tired from looking up the entire day, the group was exactly what the fans of skydiving needed to boost their night.
The song that was composed solely for the event drove the crowd crazy and everyone sang along in unison to appreciate the effort taken by the upcoming musicians. The group members took turns to drop their verses and the lyrics managed to stick to the moment.
In a post-show interview with Showbiz, one of the group members, Toeone said they formed the group last year after finishing school.
He said they decided to compose the Makgadikgadi Epic song in order to capitalise on the size of the crowd and promote their music. Toeone said they appreciated Botswana Tourism Board and MYSC for providing them with an opportunity to market their music. He said the performance will go a long way in promoting their music to the entire country.
Besides Show Skippers, there was a performance by a band from Gaborone called Perfect Pitch.
They also outdid themselves with different covers of well-known songs to give the crowd a chance to sing along. Skydivers also came on stage to show that their skill is not only in the air.
