Vultures amongst best movers in world rankings

The Vultures were 72nd in the last rankings, but have improved marginally to 71, and were listed by the IRB as one of the biggest climbers, as they have accumulated 37.64 points.
Andorra were the biggest climbers, when they leaped from 77th to 74th, while Canada moved from 22nd to 21st.
Namibia were the third best movers when they shifted from 23rd to 22nd.
The fourth best mover was Brazil, who have accumulated 58.89 points, which were enough to send them to 25th from 26th. Botswana is ranked the fifth best climber.
Portugal and Netherlands were the top two biggest fallers, down to 23 from 21, and 26 from 25 respectively.
World champions, South Africa lead the rankings with 94.19 points, ahead of New Zealand and England, in second and third respectively.
Following a poor World Cup in Japan, former world champions, Australia find themselves outside the top, as they trail behind Wales (4), and Ireland (5).
The Wallabies are fifth after being dumped out of the global tournament at the quarterfinal stage by England, who however, are still behind New Zealand.
England shocked New Zealand in the semifinals of the World Cup to reach the final, setting up a date with South Africa. The IRB has 105 affiliates under its rankings.
