Morule heads new BNSC board

The former Botswana Softball Association (BSA) president takes over from Professor Martin Mokgwathi who has been holding forte on an interim basis, since Solly Reikeletseng stepped down in January.

The board is appointed with immediate effect for a period of four years.  Morule has also served as the chairperson of the Local Organising Committee of the Botswana National Olympic Committee (BNOC) and as former vice president of Zone VI softball.

Colonel Botsang Tshenyego joins the board in his capacity as the BNOC president while

Tuelo Serufho also represents the Olympic body, as its secretary general.

Dr Khaulani Fichani and Gift Nkwe are in the board representing BNSC affiliates. Geoffrey Gare represents the Ministry of Youth Empowerment, Sport and Culture Development while former netball president, Tebogo Lebotse-Sebego comes in as a specialist in Communications and Sport Administration.

David Moatshe has been roped in as a representative of Paralympic Sports Association of Botswana (PASSOBO) while Neoyame Katisenge represents Women and Sport Botswana (WASBO).

Simon Coles has been brought in as the Ministry of Basic Education representative while Steven Ludick is from the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development.
