The plan comes on the back of FNBB’s tireless commitment to providing all-encompassing services suited to their customers’ lifestyle needs.

Moemedi Funeral Plan was developed with the knowledge that going through the passing of a loved one is never an easy road to travel.   Troubles with financing can make the road even more agonising with the strain on family relationships that come with a loss.

“As the customers’ lifetime financial partner, we have added the Moemedi Funeral Plan to our product basket so that customers remain free from financial worries about the future and focus on living their best life with their loved ones and friends, and what better partner than Botswana Life; they have been protecting Batswana with numerous insurance products for over four decades” said Kemiso Ben, FNB Botswana’s communications manager.

Botswana Life’s head of financial institutions, employee benefits and Affinity Groups, Joseph Kuaho describes their partnership with FNBB as another channel of bringing affordable insurance to more people wherever they are due to FNBB’s extensive branch footprint and customer base.

“We are excited about this new partnership with FNB and look forward to more collaboration as we strive to strengthen the financial security of Batswana through our diverse range of insurance products.

This is the vision that drives us at Botswana Life. To provide financial solutions that will have a positive impact in the lives of our customers,” said Kuaho.  Moemedi Funeral Plan provides accommodative benefits, which include the following: Cash Pay out, Funeral Parlour Package, Accidental Death Benefit, Extended Family Cover, Phomolong Burial Plot  and Tombstone Benefit.

“Our mission is to provide the best variety of products for our customers to show them that even in trying times of life; they can count on us to walk beside them.   “Death may not be an easy topic to discuss, neither is the loss of a loved one an easy burden to bear.

With this plan we provide our customers with the human right to bury their loved ones and mourn for them with dignity, to allow them the needed support to celebrate memories of their loved ones, which do live on,” Ben emphasised.
