Sethunya and Lizibo spice up the romance

The musical bond between the two musicians lent light and chemistry to the track, which celebrates love appreciation between two lovebirds that have been together for quite sometime.
Lovie is that laid back type of track that one can play at weddings, anniversaries or during dates on that slow dance tip. The track is for a mature audience as it talks about true love and eternal love between spouses.
In the song the two musos are the lovebirds. There is catchy whereby Lizibo says, “Sethunya o pelo yame/ I believe I was lost and you found/ you made me into a better man”.
Talking about the single, Sethunya said she wanted to come up with something differenct, hence she featured Lizibo on the track produced by Tshepo Lesole.
Before recording the track, the two musicians sat down to conceptualise the whole Lovie project, which led to them coming up with the final record at Lesole’s studio.
The track was done in English and Setswana.
“If you listen carefully to the song the melody is different from my previous sound. I deliberately chose to work with Lizibo on Lovie because of his versatile experience when it comes to music,” stated Sethunya.
The songstress is so excited to have worked with Lizibo on the song stating that as an budding musician it was advantageous to work with Lizibo as she learnt a number of musical elements from him.
The soulful musicians played around with their vocal expertise on different notes and keys through out the song.
Sethunya said she will be dropping her debut album before Independence celebrations this year.
Lovie is not yet available for distribution, even though it has been officially released. Sethunya will announce when it is now available for distribution.
