Local Digital Directory On The Cards

The digital directory carries a number of features such as contact details, addresses, location, maps and a classified section.
“The idea of developing this App came when I faced challenges of using the traditional directory which takes a while to get updated. Then I sat down with my business partner to come up with a solution to this,” said Ikageng Masie, The Business Directory App developer.
He stated that at the moment they are working on the final touches of the App, as they will be launching it in April.
“The directory has almost all industrial categories which means if you are interested in having your business on the digital directory, it will fall under the industry you specialise in. We are mainly gunning for upcoming entrepreneurs as we want to help them have easy access and relation with their clients,” he emphasised.
Upon downloading this App it gives instructions on how you can have your business entity noted in the directory.
Payments are made using a debit card or you pay cash at the Vibtech Mobile offices.
The App will be available on Android App stores. It can function online as well as offline.
Masie said at the moment the App is centered in Botswana as it will only have Botswana content in the meantime. They plan to penetrate the regionally as time goes on.
This App can be said to be a boost to digital marketing as it will speed up the pace of interaction between entrepreneurs and their clients.
