Jehovah�s Witnesses meet to �imitate their faith�

This theme is significant because it underscores a core value for Jehovah’s Witnesses; faith in the true and living God Jehovah and His written word the Bible. Witness families embrace the Bible as the most trustworthy guide and source of advice in these troubled times.

A highlight of the programme  will be when others show their dedication to their heavenly father Jehovah. These have studied Jehovah’s righteous requirements and have conformed their lives to his standards and by water baptism they publicly declare their dedication to him.

Various speakers will discuss the Bible based theme from different perspectives. Questions such as why should we imitate the good example of others will be answered. Reference will be made as to why we should in particular imitate Jehovah and what is needed in order to do that. In what way does Jehovah want us to imitate him? What can we learn from the prophets of old and how can we imitate them in our lives today? Youths also can look forward to the programme as they will be encouraged as to what qualities can they cultivate which are worthy of imitation.

Counsel will be given on how we can wisely choose our associates. Families will also receive instructions on how they can imitate Jehovah’s qualities when interacting with one another. The Bible discussion will help all in attendance to examine themselves and see how the Bible characters can help them in their lives today.
