In a statement, Bosetu Secretary General, Tobokani Rari said they had warned the powers that be on several occasions, that educational institutions are naturally delicate, sensitive, vulnerable and quite susceptible when it comes highly contagious diseases, COVID – 19 inclusive. “This is so because schools are the only industries where people in their hundreds congregate and spend the whole day together. Schools as well, harbour mostly young and energetic people who are quite difficult to control when it comes to adherence to COVID – 19 preventative protocols,” Bosetu further warned.
