BOPEU Bargaining Council Application Frustrated

The Secretary General of the PSBC Willard Ulaula confirmed to The Monitor yesterday that the PSBC did not consider BOPEU application when it convened on February 4 last week, “No.

It was not considered. It will be considered on a date  to be determined by the Council (PSBC),” he said.

He did not give reasons or say what the implications of not discussing the BOPEU application are, preferring to ask The Monitor to send a questionnaire which  he promised would be responded to  during the week.
